For decades, Doc Span and Nick Charles have travelled the wide world of acoustic blues and roots. Doc, a native of New Jersey, has a long association with Chicago’s legendary “Southside” blues clubs and toured the US extensively before settling downunder.  Here he has created a powerful performance and recording presence. Nick, with more than thirty years touring and performing and a dozen albums worldwide, unites his acclaimed guitar skills with Doc’s legendary harmonica prowess to deliver an inspiring combination. With a passion for the greatest blues duo, Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee, Nick and Doc have released “All About Sonny and Brownie” , a unique tribute, featuring their classic songs as well as some reverential original tunes. This is an acoustic blues and roots show not to be missed!
