This is a prerequisite for attending workshop/Part 2

Provides an overview of frameworks and core concepts for enhancing equity and diversity-informed practice. THrough metaphor, visuals and clinical vignettes, the seminar offers pathways to help participatns acknowege and address the impact of historical trauma when working with chilldren and families

 

Part 2 Workshop From Concepts to Practice

Participants must have registered and attended Part 1 Seminar

Participants will apply frameworks presented in part 1 to rich case vignettes. Through small group discussion, they will gain practice identifying and addressing diversity related ports of entry within the case material and integrating historical and sociocultural trauma into their case formulations
