Meet the Presenter

Russell Deal OAM is the Founder and Creative Director of Innovative Resources, the publishing arm of St Luke’s Anglicare, in Bendigo, Central Victoria.

Russell has over 40 years experience as a practitioner, supervisor, educator and social work publisher. At Innovative Resources he has authored, designed and published over 60 original conversation-building card sets that are sold internationally, and facilitated over 600 ‘seriously optimistic’ workshops.
