Meet the Presenter

Darren McGeachie is a Senior Consultant with ACCESS Programs and is based in Adelaide. He holds qualifications in law and social work and specialises in conflict resolution, coaching, investigations and organisational consultancy, as well as the management of a number of Employee Assistance Program contracts. Darren previously practised as a Solicitor in private practice, before working as a Solicitor and Senior Conciliator with the South Australian Equal Opportunity Commission. He has also lectured in law to the School of Social Work at Flinders University, and has coached trainee mediators. He is a past Vice President of the Employee Assistance Professional Association Australasia.
