Supervision Training Course 1—Margaret Morrell - 3-5 March 2015

This course is suitable for both new and experienced supervisors who want to learn about models and frameworks of supervision and to extend and improve their supervision skills.

This program runs for three days: Wednesday to Friday 3 -5 March 2015

The course will cover:

- What supervision is and what it should be
- How to set up the supervision relationship
- The why and how of supervision contracting
- How to conduct a supervision session
- The core supervisory skills (Heron’s model)
- Reflective practice and adult learning principles
- Managing ethical dilemmas in supervision
- Evaluating the supervision relationship.

Places are limited to 18 participants. It is essential that you attend all three days of this course, as each day builds on the last.
