South Australia’s premier folk festival has attracted globetrotting national acts among its stellar line up for this year’s event at Willunga on October 21-23. From the best of the new generation of young acoustic performers like Squeebz, Daniel Champagne and the UK’s Blackheart to established favourites like Totally Gourdgeous, The Ballpoint Penguins and Chris Finnen - the program features roots, folk, celtic, acoustic, blues & bluegrass music and there's something there for everyone. The Fleurieu Folk Festival is Fantastic Family Fun too - watch the kids have fun with face painting, clowns, Dr Knickerbocker, Animals Anonymous and the Young Talent Showcase – discover your own talent at one of the many workshops - or just relax and enjoy the vast array of local & Interstate performers. The annual festival represents one of the best value-for-money family music events in Australia. Entry to the Festival is only $40 for the entire weekend (children under 15 free), making it affordable for everyone. If you're not able to come for the weekend, 1-day tickets are also available - Friday evening $15, Saturday 10am to midnight $20, Sunday 10am to 8pm $20.
